Updated: 19/12/2022

WHO CAN VISIT THE PHILIPPINES

All foreign nationals including their children, can visit the Philippines. Fully-vaccinated individuals are exempted to present a pre-departure test. You are considered fully-vaccinated when you have received the 2nd dose in a two-dose series or a single dose vaccine more than 14 days prior to the date of departure from the country of origin. The vaccine used must be one that is authorized by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the World Health Organization (WHO). Children below 15 years old, regardless of vaccination status, can also travel to the country. They will follow the protocol for the accompanying fully-vaccinated foreign parent.

  1. For fully-vaccinated individuals, present any off the following proofs of vaccination:

    1. WHO International Certificates of Vaccination and Prophylaxis

  3. Fill out the eArrival card at least two (2) days prior to get a QR Code.

UPON ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT

  1. Scan your eArrival card QR Code and present you vaccination card to the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) personnel for validation.

  2. Have your Passport and travel documents validated by the Bureau of Immigration (BI).

  3. Claim your baggage.

  4. Exit at the Arrivals gate for airport taxi service or previously arranged pickup service with your hotel or travel agency.

NO QUARANTINE NEEDED but self-monitor for any COVID-19 sign or symptom*** for seven (7) days.

***If you exhibit COVID-19 symptoms, immediately report to your hotel or accommodation for proper coordination with the local government unit of your destination.

Please note that this e-Travel Registration is a mandatory requirement for arrival in the Philippines, imposed by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID). The e-Travel Registration will also be easier to fill out and will require less information, in line with a decision by Philippine health authorities to simplify the arrival process. The new platform will have a more user-friendly interface that will soon be integrated with the system requirements of the Immigrations and Customs authorities.

To avoid long lines at the airport, we highly encourage you to fill out the e-Travel Registration within 72 hours prior to departure from your country of origin.

If you are unable to do so before departure, personnel from the Philippine Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) and airport staff will assist you in completing and uploading the e-Travel Registration upon your arrival in the Philippines. For more information, please visit https://etravel.gov.ph.
