The place have evolved thru time, and still the best place to eat in cebu, street food style. Located at Don Mariano Cui St, Cebu City, Cebu, few meters away from Ching Hua Hospital.

From seafood barbeque to soup, seaweeds, pork and chicken barbeque, some intestines - chicken and pork, this would be complete with the tradition wrapped rice “PUSO”, there are fruit stands too!

2. Pungko Pungko sa Apas

Next to the busiest business center in cebu, IT Park, a walking distance from the park. This place is popular to employees, students looking for quick fix on hungryness at a very affordable price! If your not into fried foods, this is not for you, but if you for trying sake, it can be a good experience for you.

And since it is located in the IT Park, you can do alot of activities afterward, visit a local brewing place nearby, or drink coffee at a nearby cafe, few best bars and hangout places in cebu are located in the vicinity.

It was known as “PUNGKO PUNGKO” since you have to seat is small, low chair, eat with your hands (wrapped with plastic).

But now ngohiong are sold everywhere, malls, restaurants, carenderias and eateries, its a some kind of Cebu originally made street food.
